What a D-Lite with Momenta!

Today on the Momenta blog they are highlighting some of the D-Lite team members so if you go over there you will see in the many wonderful projects something from me! I wanted to make something a little different so I made a mini album out of a manilla file folder. It is perfect for all of those little photos you have or even wallet sized photos from photo shoots...the possibilities are endless.

All the products I used are from the Family Affair line. You can find them here along with many other wonderful products.

Beautiful weather and Ruby Rock-It August Moon go hand in hand!

We have been having some unusual spring weather here in Chicago...actually I should should say summer like weather. Last week we made it up to 87 degrees in March in Chicago! This weather along with the beautiful soft summery feel of the Ruby Rock-It August Moon collection really got me motivated to make this card. The colors and prints in this line are just amazing. I did some fussy cutting and added some of the wonderful fabric trim and mini pearl accents and created this wonderful step card. I hope you enjoy it!

Spring is in the air with Ruby Rock-It's August Moon!

Hi everyone! Hope you all are enjoying the end of the weekend. It was so nice here in Chicago but instead of being able to take advantage of the wonderful weather, I spent it inside doing some much needed spring cleaning. I really hate doing it, but it feels so good after you are done...it is such a freeing feeling. I did manage to get some scrapbooking in so I do have a layout to show you! With spring on it's way it seemed only fitting that August Moon by Ruby Rock-It Bella was the line we were revealing to you this month. It is such a soft and whimsical line...almost makes you feel like you are right there in a field of fresh flowers. I had these photos of my daughter from last school year, she played Little Bo Peep in a school play...and check out the Meadowsweet paper from the August Moon line...PERFECT!!! This paper is so pretty I kept my layout to a minimum so I could really let the paper do the talking. I added some lace ribbon from the line, some die cut stickers and oh, check out the beautiful little pearl accents that come in this line too. The bling strips I added came from the Bella Bling line (again, showing how easy Ruby Rock-It makes it to mix and match lines.

Here is a close up of those pretty little pearl accents I was talking about...

Thanks for stopping by!

Bella/Ruby Rock-It Paper Doll Banner...

Happy Friday everyone! Wow, March already and again here I sit with only a couple of deadlines to finish up. Not sure if you heard the big news yet about the Ruby Rock-It/Bella/Fundamentals company merge...well you can read all about it at the Ruby Rock-It blog...big changes and wonderful adventures are awaiting us all with this! So while you wait for some wonderful new product reveals which will be going on all month at the Ruby Rock-It blog I thought I would share with you another CHA booth project I did for Ruby Rock-It. This banner I made using the Bella Paper Doll line and oh what another fun line to work with. Sorry the "whole" banner looks a bit small...but don't worry...I added close ups so you can see how awesome this line is!
